Authorities confirm ‘no ongoing threat’ after shooting incident in Maryland at National Security Agency headquarters

Multiple people were injured after an early morning vehicle collision and shooting at the National Security Agency campus at Fort Meade in Maryland.

Authorities said the situation was under control and that “there [was] no ongoing security or safety threat”. According to the agency, “several” people were injured, but none were struck by gunfire.
