Ex-Sheriff David Clarke temporarily blocked after violent tweets

Former Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke was temporarily blocked from tweeting after users complained that three of his messages promoted violence, a violation of Twitter's terms of service. CNN's Jake Tapper reports.
